BEGINNING SERVICES
MAKING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

You may reach me at 414-979-1644 or katieoconnor@therapieseast.com. Please know that I return calls and emails during my business hours, which are Tuesday - Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm.
BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
Before your first appointment, you will receive an email from Simple Practice. A link will be provided where you can conveniently finish all of your paperwork securely online.
If you plan to use insurance to apply to your services, we can discuss this in the first session, and this can be setup via Simple Practice. I strongly suggest that you also contact your insurance directly to get the most up to date information about your behavioral health benefits and coinsurance and copays.

SLIDING SCALE
Your comfort and access to help is important to me, and that's why I offer a sliding scale. The sliding scale is often helpful when the services I provide are out of network with your insurance, or you do not have coverage.
