Laura Fuller Cooper, MAAT, ATR-L BC, NCC
Laura is a licensed, Board Certified art psychotherapist and nationally certified counselor. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
With over 15 years of experience in both therapeutic school, residential treatment, inclusive art studio and psychiatric settings, Laura is skilled in working with a variety of ages and brings creative and solution-focused approaches to healing and personal growth.
Laura is also an adjunct faculty member at Mount Mary University, Alverno College and Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and provides post-graduate supervision to new professionals.

Dr. Noel L’Esperance, DAT, ATR-BC, LPC
Receiving both her Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Community Counseling as well as her Doctorate of Art Therapy from Mount Mary University, Noel holds extensive experience working within the Milwaukee community. Noel has enjoyed collaborating with a diverse group of clients, and has spent time in general family practice, crisis counseling, alternative school settings, and community non-profit organizations.
Noel practices from a holistic, person centered, and future oriented treatment model, and applies her flexible and creative art therapy training in both studio art therapy as well as traditional talk therapy. Noel enjoys working with all ages and treatment goals, and also works with a local program, Islands of Brilliance, that pairs children on the Autism spectrum with creative technology mentors. She also teaches at both Mount Mary University and Alverno College in an adjunct capacity, serves on the Wisconsin Art Therapy Association Board of Directors, and provides post-graduate supervision to new practitioners.
Katie O'Connor, MS, LPC, ATR, MFT-IT
Katie O'Connor is a licensed counselor, couples and family therapist, and art therapist with over 10 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, and families in the Milwaukee community. She holds specialization in both art therapy and couples and family therapy, with a Master of Science in Art Therapy, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate from Milwaukee's Family Therapy Training Institute.
After becoming a mother herself, Katie developed a gentle and hopeful approach to helping women in their childbearing years, as well as their children, partners, and families. Katie helps children and teenagers who struggle with worries and distress find relief and a better image of themselves through art and learning new tools.
Katie specializes in working with Life Transitions, Relationships, Women's Issues, Postpartum Anxiety, Depression,
Trauma, Grief, OCD, and ADHD. She also provides supervision new professionals, and consulting to agencies. She works with The Women's Center, Aurora Family Service, and other local agencies to develop art therapy and group therapy programs.
